Who it's for
Schools
A school may start with one coordinator asking about tutoring for a group. The relationship belongs on an account, with the coordinator and other decision makers as contacts. The Account Owner can keep the prospective engagement in an opportunity, price the proposed service and record the follow-up before the school decides.
How Schools/Tutoring CRM is set up for you
Keep the buying group visible
A coordinator may collect information while another person approves the arrangement. Contact roles help the team keep those conversations distinct.
Work from a clear offer
Opportunity lines state what the tutoring package contains, with quantity and unit price. The opportunity carries the expected value and date for pipeline review.
Connect the session
A Tutor records a session against the opportunity and sends it to independent review. The resulting decision and receipt remain tied to the case.

The Account Owner can keep the prospective engagement in an opportunity, price the proposed service and record the follow-up before the school decides.
Start with one school account, two contacts with different roles, one opportunity and one planned follow-up. Rehearse qualification, proposal submission and the recorded outcome on the same deal. Then create a session on that opportunity. The Tutor should enter a recognizable reference, session date, tutor name, enrolled quantity and purpose before submitting it. A separate Session Reviewer checks the current revision and supporting attachment. Operations Coordinator follows the receipt back to the school case.
Agree who owns the school relationship when more than one tutor teaches there. The Account Owner can remain responsible for the opportunity while each session has a named owner. Agree on a unit for the quoted quantity and a way to name session references. These choices make the sales and tutoring records comparable when the school asks what was promised and what took place.
