Record and review a tutoring session

The session process connects delivered or planned tutoring work to the opportunity that brought the school or family into the relationship. The Tutor prepares the record; the Session Reviewer makes an independent decision. The operation receipt gives Operations Coordinator an additional trail to inspect.

Step by step

  2. Evidence attached Tutor

The Tutor links an appropriate note or document to the session so the reviewer can understand the case.

    • Updates Record attachments, Tutoring sessions
  3. Session submitted Tutor

The Record Tutoring Session workflow moves the draft to Submitted for review.

    • Updates Tutoring sessions
  4. Session approved Session Reviewer

The Session Reviewer checks the current revision and supporting material, records an independent decision and approves the session. The workflow moves it to Approved and writes an operation receipt.

    • Updates Tutoring sessions, Review decisions, Operation receipts
