Keys and references
A curation cycles row points to a contract items row. Meal lines can point to the cycle, while meal orders points to the subscriber and contract. Fulfillment events points to the order and subscriber. An invoice can point to the source order, event and contract; invoice items can point to a cycle or contract item. A return points to the original shipped item. Preserve these links during import so a customer inquiry can be traced from account to delivery and settlement.
Migration order
- Load organization, users, product and warehouse reference records.
- Load subscribers and contact people, then commercial activity that belongs to them.
- Load contracts and contract lines before recurring cycles.
- Load orders and lines before fulfillment events and shipment items.
- Load invoices, received payment evidence and applications after their source records.
- Check a representative cycle from contract through invoice and return.
