How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure CRM for Subscription Boxes for your business. Start with a small subscriber cohort, one active contract line and one scheduled cycle so the team can rehearse order review, delivery and billing together.

How is a recurring cycle connected to the subscriber?

The cycle points to a contract item, which belongs to a subscriber agreement. Its period, due date, quantity and route show what the team is planning for that term.

Can a subscriber have several contacts?

Yes. Contact people belong to the subscriber account and can be identified as buyer, decision maker or accounts payable contact. Check the primary contact before sending a commercial update.

Who reviews a subscriber order?

Sales Manager reviews submitted orders before fulfillment release. The team should agree its approval policy and credit exception path during setup.

How do we track a box after dispatch?

The fulfillment event records the shipment number, carrier, tracking reference, status and delivery evidence against the subscriber order. Use that event when answering a delivery inquiry.

Can the team see partial fulfillment?

Order lines retain allocated, shipped and invoiced quantities. Compare those with the cycle and shipment when only part of an order has been delivered.

How is billing tied to a cycle?

An invoice item can point to a curation cycle or contract item. The cycle also carries invoiced quantity and amount so Finance Clerk can review billing progress.

What happens when a customer returns an item?

The return points to the original shipped item and records a reason, received state and disposition. Finance Clerk can review any related credit note.

What should we prepare for carrier and payment updates?

Choose the carrier and payment services, their event references and the person who reviews exceptions. Rehearse a real delivery and a partial payment before expanding the cohort.
