• Carrier service. Bring carrier tracking and delivery confirmation into the shipment record using the selected carrier and tracking reference.
• Payment provider or bank. Receive payment evidence and apply confirmed amounts to subscriber invoices.
• Signature provider. Retain an accepted agreement revision and signature request when the customer signs terms through a connected service.

Choose who can configure each connection, how duplicate provider events are recognized and which person reviews a failed exchange. Keep the source reference and receipt with the related customer record. During rehearsal, use a shipment, payment and signed agreement that can be traced back to the same subscriber. Only treat a provider response as confirmed after its recorded outcome has been checked.
