  2. Set the period Subscription Manager

    • Makes the next due date and quantity visible
    • Updates Curation cycles
  3. Choose a route Subscription Manager

Subscription Manager selects delivery order or direct billing according to the customer agreement.

    • Distinguishes delivery from direct billing
    • Updates Curation cycles
  4. Prepare order scope Sales Rep

Sales Rep connects the cycle to the corresponding order line when the product will be delivered.

    • Connects the period to the order product
    • Updates Curation cycles, Meal lines
  5. Check billed progress Finance Clerk

Where it usually breaks

And how to keep it from happening.

  • A cycle that crosses the end of a contract needs a term review before the order is prepared.
  • A suspended line should not be used as if it were active. Check the line and cycle states together.
  • Partial billing needs a follow-up owner. Compare the cycle's invoiced figures with its planned figures rather than closing the period from the invoice date alone.
