Keys and references

An opportunity references its organization, owner and counterparty account, with an optional primary contact. Lines and activities point to the opportunity. A travel proposal points to its parent opportunity, organization and owner. Review decisions can point to the proposal and always point to the opportunity. Receipts and attachments retain the related opportunity or proposal context.

Migration order

  1. Operating context. Load Organizations, team members and Users, then Accounts and Contacts.
  2. Commercial catalog. Load Products before importing priced opportunity lines.
