Keys and references

Preserve Lead text identifiers and Leads.lead key without manufacturing missing contact details. Resolve lead record separately and reconcile each source’s identity mapping. Keep codes such as template code, list code and model code with their original record identifiers. Branch true next and branch false next are sort order destinations, not record-reference columns. Preserve the published field types and existing helper values, including is active member, during import reconciliation. Members.steps completed counts member step history rows for that member, including wait and error outcomes; it is not a count of successful actions.

Users2.User references Users. Users.Role uses compact labels while Users2.Role contains spaced permission-role names. Test effective identity and access mappings during setup. Connect crm-leads for the qualification writeback and reconcile it to local Leads identity.

Migration order

  1. Resolve Users and Users2 identity and effective access mappings, retaining the configured role labels.
  2. Import known Leads identities, agreed Goals and Lists definitions. Reconcile unknown contact fields as blanks.
  3. Load scoring model and scoring rules, then email templates with genuine lifecycle evidence.
  4. Load Programs and their program audiences, program steps and program exit rules; resolve all destination and list references.
  5. Load Unsubscribes and reconcile global suppression before enrollment or sending. Load list memberships with dates and provenance.
  6. Map open Members cursors, member step history, Engagements and score events. Reconcile references and original timestamps before enabling dependencies or provider connections.
