Who it's for

Re-engagement marketing teams

Re-engagement work starts with a decision about whom to contact again and why. A list name alone cannot answer that question. CRM + Marketing Automation lets the team define a segment, prepare a re-engagement journey and inspect each member's outcome. Marketing Manager owns the contact policy; Marketing Operations makes the entry and exit conditions concrete.

How CRM + Marketing Automation is set up for you

A reviewable segment

Use a static list or agree a dynamic definition and refresh behavior during setup. Inspect the active memberships and their addition or removal context before the program relies on that audience. Keep the lead identity consistent with the connected CRM.

Approved follow-up

Prepare the sender and message version for manager review, then check the program's content references during QA. A re-engagement program has its own owner and goal, making it possible to discuss its purpose separately from an ongoing drip.

Controlled entry

Agree the concurrency limit and re-entry setting for the pilot. Check every audience condition together and review Queued enrollments at the limit. Global suppression excludes a lead even when the program otherwise permits re-entry.

Meaningful outcomes

Compare an achieved goal with audience drift, suppression and a sequence that simply reached its last step. Marketing Operations uses the member history to explain the outcome before the team decides what to change in the next cycle.

Choose a reviewed list and a short re-engagement program with a clear engagement goal. Connect the profile feed and sending service, and rehearse an eligible lead, an ineligible lead and a suppressed lead that remains on the list. Inspect entry, the first action and the result of a goal check.

Have Marketing Manager review the contact decision alongside the recorded outcomes. Marketing Systems Admin checks the provider suppression confirmation and operating access. Resolve any disagreement between the list, lead identity and suppression record before another audience enters the program.
