Systems to Connect

• Telephony provider. Connect the provider that supplies the completed-call identifier, timing and consent evidence. If the team needs recording capture or click-to-call controls, agree those capabilities and their return data with that provider during setup.
• Document storage. Use controlled file access for proposal and acceptance evidence. Check the file itself under the person’s account, as well as the visibility recorded on its attachment.
• Email and calendar. Set up synchronization if activity dates or communication evidence originate in another tool. Preserve the opportunity reference and avoid adding duplicate history when a message is repeated.
• Authoritative provider results. Configure the reference source used to reconcile an uncertain external outcome. Compare the same identity and reviewed scope before treating the action as complete.
• Accounting and customer delivery. Agree the handoff for an accepted customer outcome with the systems that issue invoices or deliver the work. Keep their execution and confirmation separate from the sales-stage decision.

Assign an owner to each connection and agree the organization context and external identifier it uses. Rehearse valid delivery, a repeated message and a mismatched reference. Keep credentials outside customer records. Relationship Owner supplies the relationship context; Sales Manager reviews uncertain or corrected results. Record the outcome of the handoff before relying on it in the next decision.
