Completed-Call Review

Submit a completed call with its consent evidence, obtain an independent decision and follow the attachment to completion.

Step by step

  1. Prepare the call Relationship Owner

Relationship Owner selects the opportunity and creates a Draft call session. Check the provider identifier, start date, duration and recorded consent against the call being attached.

    • Draft call identifies its relationship and provider evidence
    • Updates Call sessions, Opportunities, Organizations
  2. Submit the saved call details Relationship Owner

Relationship Owner submits the call under the correct organization and expected version. The submission checks the saved details and provider identifier before recording Submitted and retaining the version for review.

    • Validated call becomes Submitted for review
    • Updates Call sessions, Opportunities, Team members, Users
  3. Decide independently Sales Manager

Sales Manager reviews the same opportunity and submitted call version. The reviewer must differ from the submitter. Approve records Approved; Reject or Return records Rejected with a reason and decision date.

    • Independent decision records Approved or Rejected
    • Updates Review decisions, Call sessions, Team members
ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.
  4. Complete the approved attachment Relationship Owner

Relationship Owner executes the eligible Approved call with its matching approval and retained consent. The completion receipt is kept before the session becomes Completed. The parent opportunity's commercial state remains unchanged.

    • Receipt is retained before call completion
    • Updates Call sessions, Review decisions, Operation receipts
  5. Check an uncertain result Sales Manager

Sales Manager reads the existing receipt and linked evidence when completion is unclear. Reconcile the outcome before deciding whether further action is needed.

    • Existing outcome is reconciled before another action
    • Updates Operation receipts, Call sessions

Where it usually breaks

And how to keep it from happening.

  • Missing consent. Resolve the recorded-consent check before the call is submitted or completed.
  • Self-review. A person cannot become an independent reviewer by switching roles. Assign a different eligible person.
  • Duplicate provider identity. Check that the same completed call is not attached again through a repeated submission.
  • Old approval. A decision for another call or an earlier version cannot authorize changed work, even when the opportunity is the same.
