Integrations and source ownership

Connect carrier and payment events while retaining the policy and claim record.

  • Crop Insurance Platform
  • Carrier policy service
  • Premium payment provider
  • Claim payment provider
  • Team sign-in

Systems to connect

  • Carrier policy service. Agree how the carrier policy identifier and endorsement receipt are recorded against the policy and dated change.
  • Premium payment provider. Bring the event identifier, amount, received date and verification result to the premium receipt.
  • Claim payment provider. Bring the event identifier, paid date and verification result to the claim payment linked to its authorizing decision.
  • Team sign-in. Link each signed-in user to the right team member and organization before granting record access.

How connections are governed

Choose the owner of each identifier and the timing of each update. A provider event should retain its source identifier when delivery is repeated. Check the policy, decision and amount before accepting a result. Use operation receipts to inspect completed, failed and review-needed actions with the original operation key. Keep credentials in the approved connection settings and give each service only the access it needs.

Rehearse a duplicate event, a changed policy revision and a failed provider operation. Resolve the underlying case before replaying an action. Plan the first operating cycle.
