Start with a claim in Reported under an issued policy. The loss date, report date, claimed amount and loss evidence give the reviewer the initial case. The assessor records a farm, survey reference and assessed loss against the policy, then submits the assessment. The workflow advances a claim for that policy to Assessment and leaves an operation receipt. The claims reviewer moves the relevant claim into Review after comparing the evidence and dated coverage. A benefit decision is the human gate.
