Policy review and issuance

A policy for a crop grower starts as Draft with its organization, policyholder and owner. Coverage lines give the limit, deductible and effective interval. The owner moves it to under review after checking the policyholder and premium. The reviewer records an Approve, Reject or Return decision against a specific revision. A returned decision sends the owner back to the changed policy and a fresh review. An approval is the human gate before the owner issues the policy.
