Keys and references
Keep the booking number stable when dates or status change. Import references using source identifiers and check that the linked member and session are the intended ones. A service task must point to the correct booking and session. Charges, payments and additional activity should use the booking reference, not a name match. Retain payment references for reconciliation and keep draft, posted, pending and confirmed states distinct.
Migration order
- Load Users and People, then Members and Sessions with verified capacity and resource state.
- Load membership plans and exchange rates with their effective dates.
- Load Bookings with member and session references, preserving start and end dates and status.
- Load Attendance, workout programs and athlete results against the intended bookings.
- Load member plans and Payments; reconcile posted charge amounts with confirmed receipts by booking.
- Rehearse overlap, capacity, service and financial exceptions before opening the next operating cycle.
