Choose a small set of units and current rate plans. Bring in the parties and reservations that staff will use in the pilot. Walk one requested stay through availability review, confirmation, service booking, charges, payment comparison and unit turnaround. Name the owner of each decision before the team starts daily use.
Review before release
Check a conflicting unit request, a maintenance unit, an unfinished service task and a payment that is still Pending. Have Property Manager and Finance Officer confirm how they see and resolve each case. Review the implementation steps with the team.
