Resort hospitality
A resort team can use the same reservation as the anchor for a room stay, a restaurant or spa booking, service work and the final guest balance. Each team sees the part it owns and can check the shared stay reference.
How Cruise Line Management is set up for you
Stay desk
Record the guest, unit, dates and nightly rate before confirmation.
Service coordination
Assign maintenance and guest service tasks to People.
Outlet finance
Keep restaurant and spa costs attached to the stay.
A resort team can use the same reservation as the anchor for a room stay, a restaurant or spa booking, service work and the final guest balance. Each team sees the part it owns and can check the shared stay reference.
Choose a small set of bookable units, current parties and a dated rate plan. Record one requested reservation, confirm it after a capacity check, and carry it through guest service, charges and departure. Rehearse a conflicting unit date and a disputed charge so each owner knows which record to inspect and how to correct the handoff. The shared reservation reference lets staff follow the work across service and finance without relying on an informal side list.
A useful rehearsal starts with a party whose arrival date changes. Property Manager checks the chosen unit and rate period again. Front Desk Agent then checks the linked service booking against the revised stay. Finance Officer uses the reservation reference to keep the outlet charge and receipt with the intended guest. The team can see where a date correction changes a later handoff.
Before daily use, have Property Manager compare a confirmed arrival with the current room state. A room in Cleaning needs a separate readiness decision even when the earlier reservation has been checked out. The service team should use the reservation number when passing work to Finance Officer so a similar guest name does not redirect a charge.
