How do I get started?
Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Crypto Exchange Platform for your business. Start with one organization, an eligible counterparty, a provider-held account and an instruction that can be followed through review and reconciliation.
Who prepares an instruction?
Operations Analyst records the request, its owner, counterparty, amount and account scope before independent review.
Who authorizes it?
Independent Finance Reviewer decides on the current revision and records a reason. Keep the reviewer independent of the person who submitted the instruction.
When is an instruction confirmed?
Confirmation follows verified provider confirmation or settlement evidence. A sent request alone leaves the provider outcome open.
How are provider movements matched?
The account, exact amount and confirmed occurrence date must agree with the linked instruction. Differences stay visible for investigation.
Can we inspect earlier decisions?
Review decisions retain the reviewer, source revision, outcome, time and reason on their parent instruction.
What happens after an uncertain provider response?
Check the provider outcome and the existing operation receipt before treating the effect as complete or retrying a request.
How are account openings reviewed?
An opening case is linked to its parent instruction and organization. The independent decision precedes completion based on provider authority.
Can auditors change records?
Auditor access is scoped and read only for evidence and reports.
