How do I get started?

What does a studio represent?
A studio is the bookable unit on the reservation. Its type, capacity and status help the desk make a commitment and the property team manage readiness.
How are overlapping stays handled?
Check the arrival to departure interval against confirmed bookings for the same studio before confirming a requested stay.
Who can confirm a stay?
The Front Desk Agent performs the confirmation after checking capacity, overlap and the current booking record.
How does service work stay connected?
A service task links the assigned staff person, studio and reservation. Its type and status show the work still to do.
Can guests have restaurant or spa bookings?
Yes. An outlet booking records restaurant or spa type, outlet name, start time and guest count against a reservation.
How do outlet charges differ from booking charges?
Outlet charges carry the outlet name and amount. Folio charges carry a charge date, description and amount. Both link to the reservation and have draft, posted and voided states.
When is a payment confirmed?
The Finance Officer uses provider-confirmed receipt evidence. Checkout does not confirm a pending payment.
What happens after checkout?
The studio moves to cleaning. Service work and a passed readiness inspection precede its return to available status.
