Controlled import teams
The reviewer decides the exact revision. The execution operator retains run steps, attempts and provider receipts. If a later correction is needed, the team links the follow up to the prior execution and records a successor decision.
How Data Entry & Validation is set up for you
Separate decisions
The Import Operator prepares results; the Independent Reviewer approves the source revision.
Limit the partition
The Execution Operator handles only rows accepted under that decision.
Retain receipts
Runs, steps and attempts show what the target received and whether reconciliation is needed.
Verify correction
The Correction Owner keeps the prior execution visible while a successor is reviewed.
The reviewer decides the exact revision. The execution operator retains run steps, attempts and provider receipts. If a later correction is needed, the team links the follow up to the prior execution and records a successor decision.
Begin with a batch containing accepted and rejected rows. Have the Import Operator check the counts and source identifiers, then give the Independent Reviewer the exact revision and its results. Ask for a returned decision first, with a reason tied to a rejected row. When the corrected submission is validated, the reviewer makes a separate decision for that successor revision.
The Execution Operator checks the new approval before submitting accepted rows to the receiving target. Follow the operation key through the ordered steps, attempt and receipt. Simulate a lost response after the target accepts the rows. The operator should reconcile the provider reference and target record before deciding whether another execution is needed.
Finally, open a follow up for a later correction. Preserve the earlier run and receipt, record the compensating output and assign verification to the Correction Owner. The team should be able to explain who approved each revision and which target result was observed.
