Multi-entity operations
The operator identifies the sending organization before a file enters review. The validation steward selects the effective definition and mapping for that organization. The reviewer sees the source revision and row outcomes before deciding whether the accepted partition should proceed.
How Data Entry & Validation is set up for you
Identify the sender
Link each batch to its organization and owner before choosing a definition.
Use the right rules
The Validation Steward checks effective dates and mappings for that organization.
Keep results separate
Rejected rows retain their parent batch and source record identifier.
Reconcile the target
The Execution Operator matches each organization’s approved revision to its own receipt.
The operator identifies the sending organization before a file enters review. The validation steward selects the effective definition and mapping for that organization. The reviewer sees the source revision and row outcomes before deciding whether the accepted partition should proceed.
Begin with a submission from one organization, then add another whose incoming field has a different meaning. The Validation Steward selects a definition for each and checks the source-to-target mappings. The Import Operator records distinct batch numbers, source hashes and owners. Parse both submissions and show that each rejected row points to the correct parent batch.
Ask the Independent Reviewer to examine an accepted partition from each organization. A returned decision for one submission should not change the other organization’s work. After approval, the Execution Operator compares each operation key and target reference with its receipt. If one response is unknown, reconcile that organization’s target state before another attempt.
Use a successor revision for a corrected submission and keep the earlier decision and run visible. The first operating cycle is ready when the team can trace each source row through its organization, validation result, decision and target outcome without mixing the two senders.
