Systems to connect
- Source feed. Bring the sender’s file or submission into a batch while retaining its source identifier and revision.
- Receiving target. Map accepted source fields to the target fields and retain the target record reference after a commit.
- Receipt source. Record the provider reference, receipt identifier and evidence returned by the receiving system.
How connections are governed
The Validation Steward agrees on field meaning and rule versions with the receiving team. The Independent Reviewer approves the exact source revision. The Execution Operator compares input and output references with the provider receipt before marking an attempt complete. If a response is uncertain, reconcile it with the receiving system before another attempt.
