An import or export trader may hold provider accounts in different configured currencies. The account directory names the provider, external account identity and currency. Effective exchange rates can be referenced during analysis, while the team agrees any accounting conversion and posting policy with its connected ledger.
Start with a settlement instruction involving a provider-held account in a different configured currency from the organization. Record the account currency, debit and credit scope, and intended USD amount. Ask the Accounting Reviewer to check the account identity and the source request before approving. Once provider connectivity is ready, record the provider reference and event, then compare the movement and dated snapshot for the same account. Rehearse a wrong-currency account selection and agree the conversion policy with the connected ledger owner.
Agree where the provider event comes from and who owns the connected accounting system. Keep account balances, instruction approval and actual provider outcome as separate checkpoints. Use [the review process](/design-gst-invoicing-traders-india/processes/instruction-review) to assign each handoff and [the implementation guide](/design-gst-invoicing-traders-india/implementation) to plan the first operating cycle.
Keep a record number and the provider event identity from the rehearsal so the next cycle can be checked against the same handoff. Review exceptions with the person who owns the affected account.
