A group with separate trading entities can give each organization its own members, counterparties and instruction records. Finance staff see the scope assigned to their work. The reviewer checks the organization on the instruction before making a decision, and the administrator maintains membership without gaining approval authority.
Prepare an instruction under one trading organization and select a counterparty belonging to another. The Accounting Preparer should correct the party before asking for review. Have an Accounting Reviewer check the organization, owner and current revision, then test whether that reviewer can see an instruction outside their assigned scope. After the decision, trace a provider event to the intended organization and account. The App Administrator can correct membership but cannot approve the payment.
Agree where the provider event comes from and who owns the connected accounting system. Keep account balances, instruction approval and actual provider outcome as separate checkpoints. Use [the review process](/design-gst-invoicing-traders-india/processes/instruction-review) to assign each handoff and [the implementation guide](/design-gst-invoicing-traders-india/implementation) to plan the first operating cycle.
Keep a record number and the provider event identity from the rehearsal so the next cycle can be checked against the same handoff. Review exceptions with the person who owns the affected account.
