Trading finance teams
A trading company can use the instruction record for supplier settlements and other bank-directed movements. Its finance team prepares the amount, checks the eligible counterparty and follows the provider outcome. The sales or purchase document that explains a transfer remains in its owning business system; the bank instruction carries the settlement trail.

A trading company can use the instruction record for supplier settlements and other bank-directed movements. The sales or purchase document that explains a transfer remains in its owning business system; the bank instruction carries the settlement trail.
Choose a supplier settlement request and attach it to an instruction under the trading company’s organization. The Accounting Preparer selects an eligible counterparty, amount and debit and credit accounts. An Accounting Reviewer checks the current revision and records a reason for approval or rejection. After an approved submission through a configured provider connection, retain the provider reference and verified outcome. Rehearse an incorrect counterparty and show how the revised instruction receives a fresh decision.
Agree where the provider event comes from and who owns the connected accounting system. Keep account balances, instruction approval and actual provider outcome as separate checkpoints. Use [the review process](/design-gst-invoicing-traders-india/processes/instruction-review) to assign each handoff and [the implementation guide](/design-gst-invoicing-traders-india/implementation) to plan the first operating cycle.
Keep a record number and the provider event identity from the rehearsal so the next cycle can be checked against the same handoff. Review exceptions with the person who owns the affected account.
