Keys and references
Use accounting documents.record number for the instruction’s business identity and its Id for record references. Keep provider IDs on accounting documents, document lines, journal lines and accounting periods where the source supplies them. A review decisions.source revision must identify the instruction revision that was actually inspected. Operation receipts.operation key identifies a repeated operation. Preserve these keys during migration.
