How a Accounting Document and Account Reconciliation rollout works

Start with one organization, one account and a reviewed provider outcome.

  1. Define scope

Pick an organization, its finance team, active suppliers and the account that will anchor the first reconciliation.

  2. Prepare records

Load users, team members, business partners, ledger accounts and an opening provider balance snapshot.

  3. Run document review

Prepare one dated accounting document with lines and an attachment. Have a different person review the current revision.

  4. Connect provider evidence

Submit an authorized instruction through the designated provider connection and collect its real outcome reference.

  5. Reconcile and review

Match a provider movement only when account, amount and occurrence date agree. Investigate a deliberately mismatched case.

What the customer provides

Bring organization and team membership, account codes and external identifiers, the supplier list, a sample document with its supporting file, and provider balance and movement data. Agree who can prepare, approve and read each organization’s records. Choose the event identifier and date conventions used by the provider.

Changing it afterwards

When a document amount or account changes, keep its earlier revision and decision history available. Review the changed revision before any further provider action. A correction to a confirmed instruction needs an observed provider outcome; a local edit alone does not reverse external activity.
