Click Get started and use Proto to configure DevOps Dashboard for your business. Identify the people who will prepare changes, record CAB decisions, deliver releases and respond to incidents. Set up their access around the services they work on.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose an active service, its owner and a representative asset. Add a planned change with risk, scheduled start and end, and a rollback plan. Bring in a pipeline run for that service, identify the target environment and rehearse the deployment record. Prepare one incident and one service request so the team can check acknowledgement, investigation and completion handoffs.

Review before release

Have the CAB reviewer record a real decision and reason in the rehearsal. Check that an approved change leads to a pending deployment when implementation begins. Record a healthy or rolled-back outcome and compare it with the change state. Finish by opening the incident and request queues as the people who will use them each day.
