Create your account

Click Get started to enter ERP.AI, then use Proto to configure Digital Asset Management around your team’s project, content, review and rights practices. Assign the people who will own production, rights review, publication and cost approval.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose one active project and one content item with a known owner and due date. Add the file revision and media version intended for release. Attach the agreement to the item and the usage right to the version. Give the Producer a task that represents the deliverable and record a draft project cost if it belongs in the pilot.

Review before release

Have the Producer submit the version, the Rights Manager review the allowed use and approve the exact file revision, and the Editor publish the approved item. Confirm the published time, linked task state and project context. Review the draft cost as a separate finance decision. Use the pilot’s records to settle naming, ownership and external handoffs before expanding the library.

Set up Digital Asset Management your way.

Start free, then use Proto to change fields, steps and approvals before your team goes live.
