Multi-entity treasury operations
A treasury team serving several operating entities can organize provider-facing instructions by organization. Each instruction points to an owner and counterparty; financial accounts retain provider and external account identifiers. Team membership connects a user to an organization, while review decisions identify the person who authorized a particular revision.
How Digital Wallet Platform is set up for you
Entity boundary
Each organization carries its own code, currency and time zone.
Counterparty eligibility
Active counterparties and notes guide new operating scope.
Independent approval
The reviewer decision remains separate from administrative membership.
Account reconciliation
Provider movements compare with confirmed instructions linked to the same account.

Choose two organizations with distinct provider counterparties. Configure active members and accounts for each, then prepare an instruction under the first organization. Check that the assigned analyst and independent reviewer can see their appropriate work. Try the second organization's member against the first instruction and verify that access is denied. Historical instructions should remain readable after a counterparty becomes inactive, while new work uses eligible active scope.
Use a provider snapshot and movement for the first organization's account. Finance should match it only to a confirmed instruction connected to that account with the exact amount and occurrence date. A similar amount under the second organization's account must stay separate. Keep source event IDs and account codes stable during migration so the exception report remains meaningful.
Agree who maintains counterparty and team records, who approves financial scope and who supplies provider data. Test administrative and reviewer identities separately; changing an access record is not a substitute for a recorded financial decision.
Features to start with
Roles on the team
- App Administrator
- Maintain organization configuration and membership. Administrative membership does not confer approval, financial or execution authority and cannot grant an independent reviewer entitlement.
- Operations Analyst
- Prepare assigned operational records and execute eligible reviewed actions. Own organization and draft scope only; accepted, posted and provider evidence is read-only; guarded workflows authorize every transition.
