- Provider balance source
- Customer transaction source
Systems to connect
- Provider instruction endpoint. Send authorized scope and retain the external instruction identifier and actual response.
- Provider statements and events. Bring dated confirmation, settlement and correction events into the instruction evidence trail.
- Provider balance source. Supply dated ledger and available balance snapshots for each financial account.
- Customer transaction source. Pass the business context for an instruction from the system that owns customer activity, when needed.
How connections are governed
Choose a source owner for each external identifier and time zone. Test a duplicate event and a delayed confirmation before relying on the feed. A connection should not change an instruction to Confirmed without verified provider evidence. Reconciliation must use the same account, exact amount and confirmed occurrence date. Review the data model and implementation plan.
