Step by step

1. Prepare instruction Operations Analyst

   Operations Analyst enters the organization, counterparty, owner, requested amount and account directions. The instruction starts in Draft. Supporting documents attach to the parent record.

2. Submit revision Operations Analyst

   The analyst checks that debit and credit scopes balance, then moves the instruction into Review. The revision identifies exactly what the reviewer will decide.

3. Independent review Independent Finance Reviewer

   Independent Finance Reviewer checks the amount, account owner, organization and evidence. The reviewer approves or rejects with a reason; the preparer cannot decide their own request.

4. Authorize scope Independent Finance Reviewer

   An approved decision leaves the instruction Authorized. A rejection leaves it Rejected, with the decision and reason retained.

5. Preserve receipt Operations Analyst

   The operation key and expected revision connect the decision attempt with its recorded effect. A repeat request should find that receipt.
