How the model is organised
Organization and people
Organizations own client and team member records; team members connect to platform users.
Matter work
Matters link an organization, counterparty and owner to events, deadlines and template versions.
Documents and review
Legal documents and productions connect exact content and recipients to the matter; conflict and review decisions retain the reason for action.
Evidence
Attachments and operation receipts keep supporting material and guarded outcomes with the same matter.

Keys and references
Each record has its own identifier or platform user reference. The matter is the central parent for operational and evidence records. A production references both the matter and a legal document. Deadlines and review decisions name their team member owner or reviewer. Keep the document revision and content hash together when reconciling a production.
Migration order
- Organization. Establish the firm organization, users and team members.
- Counterparties. Load clients with their owning organization.
- Matters. Link each case to its owner and counterparty.
- Working records. Bring in conflict reviews, events, deadlines, template versions and documents with their correct parent.
- Evidence. Link attachments, decisions, production records and operation receipts after their referenced matters and documents exist.
