Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account. Ask Proto to configure Document Management System around a pilot category and a real document owner. Identify who will prepare versions, who will review independently and who will approve publication.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose a document with an existing source revision. Register its organization, category, number and owner, then link the candidate version and source ID. Have the reviewer record a decision with a reason. If the candidate is returned, prepare a successor and repeat the review. Check any evidence attachment and follow-up action before publication.
Review before release
Test the Publishing Manager’s decision against the approved source revision. Confirm the destination receipt and operation trace, check the current document state, and inspect the earlier version and review history. Sign in as a Reader to verify access to permitted content and denial of restricted content. Agree how the team will work failed or uncertain operations before expanding to more documents.
