Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Driver Safety & Training for your business. Identify the Dispatcher preparing the session and the independent Transport Supervisor reviewing it. Ask App Administrator to confirm organization membership and the driver and vehicle reference records used for the pilot.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose a load with a known driver and an incident reference the team can resolve. Bring the assessment method, recorded result and supporting material. Agree the session schedule and how the supervisor identifies the exact work when the load has other files or sessions.
Use implementation to establish identity mappings, evidence access and the external connections the pilot needs. Keep the driver’s external eligibility and vehicle readiness updates tied to their responsible sources.
Review before release
Rehearse approval, rejection and a returned decision. Test a session with unclear driver identity and another with an ambiguous assessment definition. Confirm that the supervisor can locate the intended evidence and review independently of the preparer.
Close a session only after the agreed verification and completion evidence. Inspect an outstanding receipt without blindly repeating external work, then cancel a separate unexecuted draft with a reason. Have Auditor trace the authorized history and resolve unclear references before introducing the wider team.
