Keys and references

Each opportunity points to its organization, owner and customer account. A primary contact is optional. Opportunity lines and relationship activities point to their parent opportunity. A retention follow-up also points to an opportunity, organization and owner, with an optional account. Review decisions point to an opportunity and reviewer and can point to a follow-up. Receipts can point to an opportunity and actor. These links let a reviewer trace a decision back to the customer conversation that prompted it.

Migration order

  1. Load Organizations, team members and Users, and confirm the active people and organization codes.
  2. Load Accounts and Contacts, checking account links and current status.
  3. Load Products, then Opportunities with owners and counterparties.
  4. Load opportunity lines and relationship activities against the right opportunities.
  5. Load retention follow ups, review decisions, operation receipts and record attachments with their parent references.
