• Learning player or assessment service. Choose where playback and quiz events originate, then map their source references and outcomes to the content item.
• Content repository. Decide where lesson files live and which document references or attachments the team will retain for review.
• Delivery destination. Identify the system that receives a reviewed revision and the receipt or provider reference it returns.
• Identity source. Align people, organizations and user roles with the team’s access process.

Agree ownership of field mappings, source record identifiers and retries before importing activity. A mapping version should explain how a source field reaches a target field. For an uncertain delivery result, inspect the operation key and external receipt before repeating an action. The delivery operations module shows the records used to trace that result.
