Duty intervals records driver text, duty state, start and duration. Parent references Loads; Organization references Organizations.
Load planning and dispatch
Loads connects Organization, Owner and Counterparty to Organizations, team members and transport partners. Load stops uses Parent to attach ordered stops.
Driver assignments
Load assignments connects Load, Driver and Vehicle to Loads, Drivers and Vehicles, with starts at and ends at defining the commitment.
Fleet readiness
Vehicles holds readiness and fleet identity. Vehicle defects references Vehicles and retains severity, repair evidence and release time.
Delivery evidence
Record attachments references Loads through Parent and team members through uploaded by. Load stops retains proof reference for stop evidence.
Operation reconciliation
Operation receipts and review decisions reference Loads through Parent. Review decisions.Reviewer references team members. Users and team members establish membership; exchange rates supplies effective rate reference data.

Keep the published Id identifiers and the exchange rates.ID identifier stable. Use record number, driver code, vehicle code and organization or partner Code for recognizable operating labels. Preserve operation key with the action, expected revision and linked effect evidence.

Migration order
- Prepare Organizations and Users, then team members with the intended membership.
- Load transport partners, Drivers and Vehicles with source identities and eligibility information.
- Add Loads with their original promised times, organization, owner and counterparty.
- Attach load assignments, load stops and vehicle defects to their established parents.
- Reconcile duty intervals, review decisions, record attachments and operation receipts as historical evidence before allowing new operating actions.
