Delivery and evidence

Record stop observations and finish the load with an inspectable delivery outcome.

Step by step

  1. Follow the ordered stops Dispatcher

Dispatcher checks each stop's sequence, address and appointment window. Record actual arrival and departure when observed. Keep the proof reference associated with the stop it supports so the next shift can find the relevant evidence.

    • Retain appointment windows and actual stop observations
    • Updates Load stops, Loads
  2. Retain supporting files Dispatcher

Dispatcher attaches evidence to the load with a recognizable title and evidence type. Choose Internal or Shared according to the agreed access scope. The upload time and uploader help Transport Supervisor follow up a disputed document.

    • Attach evidence with visibility and upload details
    • Updates Record attachments, Team members, Loads
  3. Record the delivery Dispatcher

Dispatcher records actual delivery while retaining the original promise. Complete the in-transit load through the delivery action and inspect its receipt. The load becomes Delivered when the recorded action has completed.

    • Record actual delivery and the completion outcome
    • Updates Loads, Operation receipts
  4. Review the result Transport Supervisor

Transport Supervisor compares observed delivery with the promise and reads any relevant stop evidence. Auditor inspects permitted records. A disputed outcome remains available for reconciliation with the original delivery evidence preserved.

    • Compare the promise with the observed result
    • Updates Loads, Load stops, Record attachments, Operation receipts

Where it usually breaks

And how to keep it from happening.

  • An attachment belongs to another movement. Check the parent load before relying on a file during review.
  • Arrival and delivery are confused. Agree which observation establishes the actual handover and record each time in its proper place.
  • Late evidence changes the commitment. Correct the observed facts through the agreed process while retaining the original promised time.
