Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one active service definition and a real application to rehearse. Capture its case number, owner, requirement lines and documents. Agree which evidence reference accompanies each review decision and which external provider will return a delivery receipt.
Review before release
Run a case from draft through submission, verification and decision. Return one revision for correction. For an approved case, trace the operation attempt, run, steps and receipt before recording delivery. Ask a Read Only Analyst to explain the outcome from the retained records.
