Create your account

Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account. Download Proto and describe the care team, the patient and encounter records you want to bring in, and the first handoff to configure.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose a small set of encounters with a returning patient and a range of visit states. Bring stable patient numbers, clinician identities and sample notes and observations. Include a specimen with an accession number, a dispensation with lot and quantity, and a care task due after a visit closes. Agree the charge and payment source owners before loading those records.

Review before release

Ask the Clinical Coordinator to find each patient and encounter; ask the Licensed Clinician to add evidence to the correct visit; ask the Clinical Reviewer to inspect it; and ask the Clinical Governance Administrator to verify a privilege and review care-team access. Reconcile the pilot’s patient numbers, encounter IDs and source references. Release the configuration after the responsible team accepts these cases.
