• Instruction provider. Send an authorized instruction to the intended provider and retain its returned instruction reference.
• Provider evidence source. Bring confirmation, settlement, statement and correction events back with their provider event references and occurrence dates.
• Account statement source. Supply dated balances and movements for each external trading account so reviewers can reconcile the same account and period.
• Identity source. Map each person to a user and team member within the correct organization.

Agree which provider reference is stable across retries and corrections. Check the organization and account on every imported event. Separate a transport acknowledgement from verified confirmation. When an outside call times out, inspect the operation receipt and provider result before any repeat. A provider correction should create a traceable event beside the earlier one.
