1. Submit position Operations Analyst

   The Operations Analyst links the position to the parent instruction and correct organization, records the submitted revision and keeps any provider application reference with the case.

   • Bind submitted revision to parent and scope

2. Check authority Independent Finance Reviewer

   The Independent Finance Reviewer reads the parent instruction's status, decision and provider evidence. The reviewer compares any stated deposit with its source document and checks that the actor is independent of the applicant.

   • Inspect supporting provider and instruction facts
   • Updates Instructions, Execution evidence, Record attachments

3. Review position Independent Finance Reviewer

   The reviewer records Approve or Reject with a reason and the source revision on the parent instruction. The position moves from Submitted to Approved or Rejected only after the decision exists.

   • Record decision before outcome status
   • Updates Review decisions, Energy positions
   ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.

4. Verify completion Independent Finance Reviewer

   An Approved position becomes Completed only after the required source authority and persisted effects are verified. A receipt with missing effects stays in needs review for investigation.

   • Confirm actual effects before Completed
   • Updates Operation receipts, Energy positions
