Step by step

1. Submit instruction Operations Analyst

   The Operations Analyst checks that the instruction remains Authorized at the expected revision and sends it through the agreed provider connection. The operation key identifies an equivalent repeat.

2. Record response Operations Analyst

   The analyst keeps the provider instruction ID or an uncertain result with the operation receipt. Submitted or Pending means the team still needs an outcome; neither status proves completion.

3. Verify provider evidence Operations Analyst

   The analyst compares the provider event reference, amount and occurrence date with the instruction. A verified Confirmation or Settlement event supports the move to Confirmed. A statement or correction must be read for what it actually says.

4. Preserve exceptions Operations Analyst

   If the provider response conflicts with the request, the analyst keeps the source event and receipt visible for investigation. A later correction remains alongside the earlier evidence.
