Suppose a West office manages an Active client while a specialist from another team delivers a milestone. Keep the client account owner, engagement project manager and service-line team member distinct. The specialist's time and service entries still point to the engagement. Delivery Director sees the commercial result on the engagement; Finance Manager can trace an overdue payment through its milestone to that same work.
Choose one region and one client with an Active engagement. Load the organizations and team members first, including active state, rates and weekly capacity. Then create the client and engagement with explicit owners. Submit a billable service entry, approve a submitted milestone and inspect the service decision and operation receipts. Check that an Engineer sees the permitted delivery work while Finance Manager sees collection context. Repeat with a second owning organization to verify the reporting boundary agreed by the firm.
