Site monitoring teams
A site monitoring team often revisits the same location after field work. The site record keeps the location and availability stable, while dated habitat surveys and observations show what was recorded at different visits. A restoration cycle groups the work being reviewed, and a finding holds a separate measured result accepted by a reviewer. The distinction helps the team explain a change in observed condition without turning every scouting note into a final cycle result.
How Environmental Conservation is set up for you
Conservation Manager
Choose the site and cycle under review and check that tasks are associated with both. Set the decision point for cycle close.
Habitat Surveyor
Record a measured value and unit at the site, with an observation type, date and notes. Inspect prior habitat boundaries when location or area matters to interpretation.
Finding Reviewer
Check the finding's linked cycle, recorded date, quantity, unit and condition. Use observations as context for the decision.
Field Operator
Keep work completion and due dates current so a reviewer can separate planned activity from actual work.

Select one active site and a current restoration cycle. Map its latest surveyed boundary and choose a repeatable observation type and unit. Record a field observation, then assign an inspection task to a named operator. After the task is complete, enter a finding for the cycle using its own measurement and condition. Have a different reviewer inspect the live finding before acceptance. Compare the observation, task and finding from their source records during the manager's cycle review. Use the same method at the next visit so dates and units remain interpretable.
