How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure ERP for Cement for your business. Pilot one entity, one plant warehouse or depot, a group of dealers and a normal week of orders, routes, deliveries and collections. Reconcile stock, dealer balances and invoiced quantity before adding more depots or entities.

Does it run the kiln or the plant?

No. Kiln operation, process control, raw-mix design, plant scheduling and laboratory testing stay in your plant systems. Production in this app covers work orders for packing and other conversion against a bill of materials and routing, with output, scrap, labour hours and variance.

Can we sell in bags and in bulk?

Yes. Each product can have several product units with their conversion to the base unit, and price list entries are set per product unit with minimum quantity tiers. Quantities are converted once and kept on each line.

How does dealer credit work?

Each dealer has a credit limit in a stated currency. Every order gets a credit review that compares current exposure plus the order’s increase with that limit. Above the limit, the Finance Manager decides a bounded exception before the Sales Manager can accept the order.

Can title pass at delivery instead of dispatch?

Yes. Each order carries a title rule of dispatch or delivery, and shipment lines track dispatched, title-transferred and delivered quantities separately. Invoices bill only title-transferred quantity.

Does it plan routes automatically or track trucks?

No. The Warehouse Manager sets the route, operator and stop sequence by hand, and operators record each delivery attempt with its evidence. Route optimization and live tracking stay with your transport provider.

How are partial deliveries and damaged bags handled?

Each delivery attempt splits a shipment line into accepted, refused, failed and damaged quantities. The shipment becomes partially delivered, and refused or damaged quantity can be returned and given its own disposition, such as restock or scrap.

Can we run several companies?

Yes. Each entity keeps its own books, periods, bank accounts and stock ownership, and a shared warehouse records the owner on every stock position. Balances are not consolidated across entities.

Can we migrate from our current system?

Yes. Opening balances come across through a reviewed migration batch with one opening journal and itemized open invoices, bills, unapplied cash and stock layers. Open orders and work orders follow with their remaining quantities.

What drives the cost?

Ordinary manual use has no per-user charge under the platform policy. Imports, integrations, agent execution and other machine work consume prepaid credits, and implementation is scoped separately. The pricing page lists the current rates.
