How do I get started?
Click Get started, then use Proto to configure ERP for Ceramics for your business. Start with one entity, one warehouse, a customer order, a purchased or produced item and the people who approve each handoff.
Can we manage partial customer deliveries?
Yes. Keep the accepted order line, each dispatch and the actual delivered, refused or failed portions connected. Invoice only eligible title-transferred scope.
Can one warehouse serve different legal entities?
Yes. Each stock position retains its owning entity, even at a shared physical site. Reconcile each entity’s books separately.
How are supplier receipts handled?
Record actual arrival first. Review accepted, rejected and pending portions as separate quantities before making stock available or matching a bill.
Can we run production orders?
Use a reviewed bill of materials, routing, product and standard cost to release bounded work. Record material use, operation evidence and accepted completions against that order.
How do stock counts affect inventory?
A count locks a defined scope and records observations. A reviewed adjustment changes stock; the observation remains as evidence.
Can we plan delivery routes?
Assign an operator and ordered stops, then review the route before release. Record actual visits and outcomes against the shipment.
Who approves customer invoices?
The finance manager independently reviews the prepared invoice and its eligible delivery, currency, tax and period basis before posting.
How is customer cash applied?
Record the actual receipt, then allocate only its available unapplied amount to an eligible invoice. Keep any remainder visible.
