Step by step

1. Prepare offer Sales Representative

   Sales Representative checks the dealer, effective price, product unit, currency and terms. The quote keeps its dated validity and the evidence sent to the customer.

2. Prepare order Sales Representative

   Sales Representative records the accepted quantities, price allocation, ship-to address and original promise. A changed revision returns to review.

3. Approve commitment Sales Manager

   Sales Manager decides the current order revision independently. Finance Manager decides a required credit exception within its limit. Human gate.

4. Reserve stock Warehouse Manager

   Warehouse Manager claims eligible available positions against each line. Reservation cannot exceed the accepted line scope or free stock.

5. Pick and dispatch Warehouse Operator

   Warehouse Operator records the actual pick. A delivery moves to dispatch only for ready quantity, preserving the remainder for later fulfillment.
