How do I get started?
Click Get started, then use Proto to configure ERP for Dairy for your business. Start with one entity, warehouse, supplier, dealer and product, then rehearse an order through billing.
Can we manage dealer orders?
Yes. Prepare quotes and accepted sales orders, review credit exposure, and follow partial fulfillment against the original promise.
How are arrivals handled?
Record actual goods receipt lines, then accept or reject bounded quantities before eligible stock is posted.
Can stock be tracked by lot?
Products can be marked lot controlled. Inventory positions, layers and stock movements retain the lot and source lineage.
Can we run delivery routes?
Plan ordered stops, assign an operator, approve release and record actual attempts and line outcomes.
Can we assemble kits?
Work orders use active bills of material and routings. Posted completion records accepted output and allocated cost.
Who approves invoices?
Accountant prepares the invoice and Finance Manager independently reviews eligible billing scope before approval.
How does cash application work?
Actual customer receipts provide unapplied balances. Applications reserve and post only bounded amounts against eligible invoices.
What happens with a return?
A return retains its original physical scope. Authorization, goods disposition, commercial credit and any refund are separate steps.
Can we close by entity?
Yes. Close tasks, revaluation and accounting periods retain entity-specific review and approval evidence.
